We do not accept any returns or refunds. All sales are final. If you feel the need to contact us please do so.
Shipping and Packaging
We pack and ship all orders with the ought-must care. Merci and i really try to make sure that your package is not only beautiful but packaged securely. If your package arrives damaged please contact your carrier to see what steps to follow next.
Shipping Speed
We try our best to ship orders out next day so that your packages get to you in a timely manner. With that said some orders may take some processing time along with 5-7 business days for delivery once shipped depending on the carrier.
Card Condition
We try our very best to get you cards we would proudly display in our personal collection. No ot every card will grade a 10. Most always cards will be near mint. Some select cards or older vintage cards in mystery boxes or on Live may be a little more loved. Purchase confidently knowing we source cards with you in mind.
Open on Live
Products selected to be opened on live stream will be opened during the current or next live stream; unless other arrangements are made between us. If you are not in attendance we ship you the contents or sealed product of what you purchased.
